The functionality „Fetch Metadata from SPIRES“ is currently not available, the servers on SPIRES-side do not react.
We have already informed SPIRES and are waiting for feedback.

„Fetching from arXiv“ is working without troubles, so you might have a chance to find your SPIRES article also in arXiv.
